KoKo Transitions to Distributor Support Model in the Americas
Longmont, Colorado, September 26, 2022— As part of a new international structure that will be established by the end of 2023, KoKo LLC transitions to a distributor sales & support model in the Americas. This international structure also includes moving manufacture of PFT equipment to Europe, as announced in August of 2022.
Moving forward sales and support for countries in the Americas will be delivered through local distributors & service providers. Customers can directly contact these fully trained local distributors for exceptional customer service and support backed by years of experience working with KoKo devices. KoKo continues to supply the Sx1000 Spirometers on short lead times, while the Px3000 and Px4000N full PFT systems will be available on longer lead times. Parts, consumables, service, and maintenance will continue to be provided by local distributors.
