Important Service Announcement


As a highly valued customer, we are pleased to inform you that nSpire Health, Inc. completed its restructuring and that we are now operating as KoKo, LLC. Since my last communication we have moved to a new facility in Longmont, CO. We are very excited to be able to serve your patient care needs with the highest quality pulmonary function testing equipment and service.

Further, Respitech Medical, Lancaster, PA (Respitech), has entered into an agreement with us as our exclusive authorized dealer for eastern portion of the USA for sales and service of KoKo® devices. Respitech’s engineers have been trained to service our equipment using KoKo’s OEM parts and consumables to assure the performance and reliability of your equipment.

KoKo will have it own sales and service team to cover the western USA. Tony Chiesa, a former nSpire employee, recently rejoined the team as the Western Sales Manager. We have re-established remote login support for software and equipment diagnosis through an experienced engineering team located in Longmont, CO. In addition, we will soon have a new field service engineer on staff to make visits to your site.

We want to also inform you that Summit Biomedical Services (Summit) IS NOT an authorized dealer of KoKo, LLC. If Summit has serviced any of your nSpire Health equipment since July 2019, we strongly urge you to contact us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements to evaluate your system and ensure that it is meeting the performance specification for which the equipment has FDA 510(k) approval and in turn affording reliable test data for your patient care. KoKo, LLC cannot warrant any nSpire Health equipment or guarantee its performance against specification when non-nSpire Health/non-KoKo service, parts and consumable are substituted. If you have any questions regarding service, parts, consumables, or equipment, please feel free to contact us or your legal department so that your institution can make an informed decision.

Finally, please contact us or Respitech for any service needs on equipment manufactured by nSpire Health. We will be happy to assist you. This will provide you and your patients with the peace of mind that the equipment was serviced by qualified Service Engineers using only OEM parts
